I have wrote a new tutorial about how to create your first pipeline. It describe how the pipeline system work within Horde3D and it show how to create a basic shader :

Since English is not my first langage, there is surely some little spelling mistakes, and if there is something wrong or something to add, don't hesitate to edit the tutorial!
